These terms apply to your use of the Ted's Voice Academy website (tedsvoiceacademy.com). By using this site, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair.

About This Site

This website provides information about voice coaching services offered by Ted Chamberlain through Ted's Voice Academy in Lacey, Washington. The content here (including articles, tips, and educational material) is for informational purposes.

Coaching Services

Voice coaching sessions, pricing, availability, and terms are discussed directly between you and me. Submitting a contact form or inquiry is not a commitment to purchase services. It's simply the start of a conversation.

Specific terms for lesson packages, cancellation policies, and scheduling are provided when you begin coaching and may be updated from time to time.

PASS Profile™ Assessment

The PASS Profile™ assessment is a separate product available at pass.tedsvoiceacademy.com. It has its own terms of service and purchase agreement presented at the time of purchase.

Master Your Voice Courses: The 30-Day Guarantee

Every course bought on this site comes with a 30-day guarantee, counted from the day of purchase.

• Swap: within 30 days you can swap a course for any other course in the library. Each course can be swapped once.
• Refund: within 30 days you can get a full refund, as long as you have not opened a lesson in Module 3 or later. A package, cart or All-Access Pass is refunded as a whole, and the refund closes once any course in that purchase has been swapped. One refund can be used per email address.

Both are requested from the course page after you unlock the course with your purchase email. I then send a confirmation link to that email address, and the swap or refund happens when you press the button in it. A refund goes back to the card you paid with, and access to the refunded courses ends. Courses opened with a code, and the Master Your PASS Profile course (sold with the PASS Profile™ assessment), are outside this guarantee.

Online Voice Studio Membership

The Online Voice Studio is a membership you pay for by card, monthly or yearly.

• Renewal: your membership renews by itself each month or each year, on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time: in the Studio, press Manage my subscription. You keep access through the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
• Change your plan: in the Studio, press Manage my subscription to add or remove the courses or switch between monthly and yearly. When you add the courses, the difference for the rest of your current period is charged at once.
• Your first payment back: for 30 days after your first payment, you can get that payment back in full. In the Studio, press Refund my first payment. The money goes back to the card you paid with, your subscription ends, and your Studio access ends at that moment. Each person can use this refund once.
• Your price stays the same: the price you join at is the price you pay for as long as you stay a member.
• Lessons are separate: voice lessons are their own arrangement, made directly with me. If your lessons include the Studio, that access comes with your lessons and stays as it is.
